We are fully accessible to people of all physical abilities, and provide the following features and equipment to allow greater ease of movement for non-ambulatory travelers. 

Parking Lots
Ramps are located in the short- and long-term parking lots. Convenient handicap parking spaces are also reserved in each parking lot.

Curb Access
Curbside ramps can be found at both Arrivals and Departures.

Elevators are conveniently located in the main passenger terminal. They have the standard ADA graphics, and are equipped with Braille and raised markings on the control buttons.

Upon request, the airlines will provide wheelchair assistance to any passenger who needs it. Wheelchairs can be requested upon arrival at the passenger terminal by contacting any skycap. They can also be reserved in advance by calling the airline on which you plan to travel.

Mobility Aids
Walkers, crutches and canes may be taken aboard the aircraft. Guide dogs are usually allowed to travel on the plane with you. Call the airline in advance to verify their policy and to make arrangements.

We constantly strive to insure that travel procedures for all passengers are accomplished with maximum ease and safety.

Free wireless internet access is available to you throughout the airport.

Market Twenty 4 Seven

Located in the airport's lobby (first level) prior to security, the market is self-scan and will allow guests to purchase items through debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay. Options include homemade sandwiches, seasonal salads, locally made pastries, heat-and-eat soup, and more.

Another Market Twenty 4 Seven location is under construction on our second level. Scheduled to open this fall!

For your convenience, baggage carts are located throughout the ground floor of the terminal building. 


A PNC Bank ATM is on the ground floor of the terminal near the main entrance.
