Everything that’s waiting for you when you fly Lansing.

We are fully accessible to people of all physical abilities, and provide the following features and equipment to allow greater ease of movement for non-ambulatory travelers. 

Parking Lots
Ramps are located in the short- and long-term parking lots. Convenient handicap parking spaces are also reserved in each parking lot.

Curb Access
Curbside ramps can be found at both Arrivals and Departures.

Elevators
Elevators are conveniently located in the main passenger terminal. They have the standard ADA graphics, and are equipped with Braille and raised markings on the control buttons.

Wheelchairs
Upon request, the airlines will provide wheelchair assistance to any passenger who needs it. Wheelchairs can be requested upon arrival at the passenger terminal by contacting any skycap. They can also be reserved in advance by calling the airline on which you plan to travel.

Mobility Aids
Walkers, crutches and canes may be taken aboard the aircraft. Guide dogs are usually allowed to travel on the plane with you. Call the airline in advance to verify their policy and to make arrangements.

We constantly strive to insure that travel procedures for all passengers are accomplished with maximum ease and safety.

Parking Lot Transportation
Our EZ-Go Cart can transport passengers from the parking lot to the terminal building. To use this service, passengers should drive under the canopy and find a skycap for assistance.

Skycaps
We offer curbside skycap services to help passengers transport luggage and belongings to the airline ticket counters for check-in. Skycaps are also available in the baggage claim area at flight arrival times.

Lost and found items can be located by calling Public Safety at 517-321-8525 or Transportation Security Administration Security at 517-886-7012.

Free wireless internet access is available to you throughout the airport.

Travelers can now purchase foreign currency at the Fly Lansing Concierge Travel Center located at the main entrance inside the terminal. Call the Travel Center at 517-321-4688 to obtain details and further information. Cash is necessary for ordering foreign currency.

CAFÉ LAN
Even if you’re in a hurry you can still have a delicious meal. Café LAN is a fast-casual restaurant serving a variety of sandwiches, salads, fresh baked pastries and Biggby Coffee.

Conveniently located near the boarding gates, Spartan Pub features a full-service cocktail lounge and branded mini food court, featuring Biggby Coffee and deli menu items.
