Parking at LAN is affordable and hassle-free. Our parking lots are located just outside the terminal, saving travelers precious minutes when arriving and departing. Each parking lot has convenient handicap parking spaces too.

Our EZ-Go Cart can transport passengers from the parking lot to terminal building. To use this service, passengers should drive under the canopy and find a skycab for assistance.

Curbside skycap service is available to help passengers transport belongings to the airline ticket counters for check-in. Skycaps are also available in the baggage claim area at flight arrival times. 

Baggage carts are located throughout the first floor of the terminal building.

Travelers may purchase tickets and check in to their flights at the ticketing counters, located at the main gate.

Bags may be checked prior to boarding a flight at the Bag Check located next to the ticket counters.

Travel advisers at the Fly Lansing Concierge Travel Center are available to help travelers plan trips and land the best deals! To learn more about their services, call 517-321-4688 or visit the agency located in front of the TSA security checkpoint from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday. 

The airport's Information Center is conveniently located next to the TSA checkpoint in the main terminal. Visit the Info Center if you have questions or need assistance. 

The airlines will provide wheelchair assistance, upon request, to any passenger who needs it. Wheelchairs may be requested upon arrival at the passenger terminal by contacting any skycap. They may also be reserved in advance by calling the airline carrier on which you plan to travel. 

A National City Bank ATM is located on the first floor of the terminal building near the main entrance.

LAN offers FREE WiFi throughout the airport so travelers can connect quickly and conduct their business. 

Due to increased security measures, travelers should arrive 1½ hours before their scheduled departure.

The Top Flight Club is a reserved area for members of LAN’s loyalty program, the Top Flight Club. Members may relax and conduct business without interruption in the business center. 

Five different airlines provide nonstop and connecting service to the world from LAN’s nine gates. 

Travelers may claim their checked bags at one of the two baggage carousels located in the Baggage Claim section of the terminal. 

Rental car agencies have a check-in desk located in the baggage claim area.

For all agencies, rental car ready-and-return spaces are located within walking distance of the terminal building.

Visit the booking tool and click the "Cars" tab to book a rental car. 

Bus, taxi, limo and rental car services are available at LAN at affordable rates. Call from one of the courtesy phones located in the baggage claim area or visit the Taxi/Limo page to contact a cab service. 

Travelers can now purchase foreign currency at the Fly Lansing Concierge Travel Center located at the main entrance inside the terminal. Cash is necessary for ordering foreign currency. Call the Travel Center at 517-321-4688 for further information. 

LAN offers a community room that accommodates up to 50 people and a smaller conference room that offers additional space for business gatherings. Snacks, meals and AV equipment are available in the airport’s meeting spaces. 

Lost and found items may be located by calling Public Safety at 517-321-8525 or TSA Security at 517-886-7012.

Curbside ramps may be found at both Arrivals and Departures.

Elevators
Elevators are conveniently located in the main passenger terminal. They have the standard ADA graphics and are equipped with Braille and raised markings on the control buttons.

Mobility Aids
Walkers, crutches and canes may be taken aboard the aircraft. Guide dogs are usually allowed to travel on the plane with you as well. Call the airline in advance to verify its policy and make arrangements.
